How an engagement runs

1. Feasibility and DPRLoad, site and regulatory position assessed; a feasibility report or DPR the owner can take a decision on.
2. Design and tenderDesign, estimates and EPC tender documents; bid evaluation and appointment of the contractor.
3. Drawing approval and quality plansThe contractor's drawings, data sheets and quality plans checked against the design.
4. Supervision, testing and commissioningSite supervision, inspection of materials, witnessing of tests, and commissioning.
5. Handover and performanceHandover to the owner, with CUF and PR monitoring where the owner needs it.
