The firm
The firm handles the techno-legal side of power, regulatory petitions, tariff, open access and captive power, together with the engineering of substations, distribution networks and solar plants.
Electricity No Problem was founded by Mr. Ajay Porwal in 2002. Its engineering record runs from new-city distribution planning at Naya Raipur to solar project management for GAIL, HPCL and Oil India, and 220 kV route surveys for PTC India.
On the regulatory side, ENP has represented cement, starch, food processing and auto component manufacturers and SEZ licensees before APTEL, the Central and Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commissions and the Electricity Ombudsman, and has advised the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.
